Irish Sangria
Irish eyes are smiling, over this Sangria with a little Irish twist.
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Ay Carumba
- 1/3 bottle (9oz) of Irish Whiskey (suggested The Irishman Whiskey)
- 4oz Apricot Liqueur
- 4 lemons juiced
- 1 can Ginger Beer
- 10 dashes cherry bitters
Directions
Prepare a large pitcher or bowl. Mix together the Ay Carumba, Irish Whisky, Apricot Liquer, lemon juice, Ginger Beer and bitters.
Chill overnight if at all possible. This will let the flavors permeate the sangria.
